Remove Vinyl From Jacket For Protection + Insert Into Plastic Sleeve (READ DETAILS)

After a few orders landing with seam splits, we decided to offer this service to give customers the option to have the vinyl removed the jacket and placed inside a plastic sleeve. This SHOULD prevent all seam split. Nothing is promised but this extra step will definitely improve the chances
